Licensed Therapist Requirements:
The following credentials are accepted: Active state license/s
Independent practice capability
Licensed Mental Health Counselor - LMHC
Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW, LMSW
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - LMFT (LP)
Licensed Professional Counselor - LPC (LP)
Licensed Mental Health Professional - LMHP (LP)
Psychologist ( PhD/PsyD )
Responsibilities:
Use evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address clients' mental health concerns.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and community agencies.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of clients' treatment plans.
Conduct mental health assessments and diagnose mental health disorders.
Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions and modify treatment plans as needed.
Provide crisis intervention services as needed.
Develop and implement treatment plans based on the client's needs and goals.
Attend regular supervision and professional development opportunities.
Requirement:
Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health professional (Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LPC, LPCC, LMFT)
Experience providing mental health services to diverse populations.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and the DSM-5.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in computer software and electronic medical records.
Use a desktop or laptop computer with reliable internet and a webcam.
Residing in the U.S. in the state where we are operating.
